The Australian Assyrian Society hosts the writer Dr. Robin Beth Shmuel

At the invitation of the Australian Assyrian Society, Dr. Robin Beth Shmuel, Director General of Syriac Culture and Arts in Erbil, will arrive in Sydney.

He will give the following lectures:

First: A special lecture by the Youth Association of the Assyrian Church of the East in Sydney at 7:30 pm on Sunday 16/10/2016 in the Triangle of Mercy Hall, His Holiness Mar Dinkha IV, at St. Rabban Hormizd Assyrian Primary School.

Presentation on theme: “Mother Language and Identity.”

Second: The doctor will deliver a second public lecture in Nineveh Hall at 7:30 pm on Thursday 20/10/2016 entitled “The Modern Written Language.”

Third: Dr. Rubin will deliver another lecture entitled “The Great Assyrian Writer Sargon Paul” at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, 22/10/2016, in the Triangle of Mercy Hall, His Holiness Mar Dinkha IV, at St. Rabban Hormizd Primary School Assyrian.

The public is invited to attend.

The visiting guest will also deliver other lectures, which will be announced successively.

حيث سيلقي المحاضرات التالية:

اولاً: محاضرة خاصة لرابطة شباب كنيسة المشرق الاشورية في سيدني عند الساعة السابعة والنصف من مساء يوم الاحد المصادف 16/10/2016 في قاعة مثلث الرحمات، قداسة البطريرك مار دنخا الرابع، في مدرسة القديس ربان هرمزد الابتدائية الاشورية.

عنوان المحاضرة ” لغة الام والهوية”

ثانياً: سيلقي الدكتور محاضرة عامة ثانية في قاعة نينوى عند الساعة السابعة والنصف من مساء يوم الخميس المصادف 20/10/2016 بعنوان ” اللغة الكتابية الحديثة”

ثالثاً: وسوف يلقي الدكتور روبن محاضرة اخرى بعنوان “الاديب الاشوري الكبير سركون بولص” وذلك في الساعة الحادية عشر والنصف من صباح يوم السبت المصادف 22/10/2016، في قاعة مثلث الرحمات، قداسة البطريرك مار دنخا الرابع، في مدرسة القديس ربان هرمزد الابتدائية الاشورية.
